1. The liquid circulation of the whole glass reactor system is closed, and the system is equipped with an expansion container. The expansion container and the liquid circulation are insulated. It does not participate in the liquid circulation, but is mechanically connected. The medium temperature in the expansion container must be lower than 60 degrees, regardless of whether the liquid circulation temperature is high or low.

2. The whole liquid circulation is a closed system. There is no absorption of water vapor at low temperature and no oil mist at high temperature. The heat transfer oil can work at a wide range of temperatures; The same machine and the same heat conducting medium can realize temperature control from -100 ℃ to 200 ℃. The main disadvantages of the traditional slotting temperature control device are:

1. Large volume of oil bath

Oil bath has two main functions:

A. Containing heat conducting medium

B. The heat conducting medium has the physical characteristics of thermal expansion and cold contraction, and the tank is equivalent to an expansion container. When the slotting system controls the external circulation, such as jacket reaction, the larger the volume of the reactor, the larger the volume of the jacket, the more the heat conducting medium of the whole system, the greater the concentration change during heating and cooling, and the larger the volume requirements of oil bath and water bath. The heat load in the temperature change process of the whole system is the total amount of heat transfer oil of the whole system (mainly) the reactants in the reaction kettle. The larger the volume of the water bath and oil bath, the smaller the effective power used in the kettle, and the slower the response and rate of the temperature rise and fall of the reactants in the kettle. The temperature control of the reaction kettle depends on the temperature change of the heat transfer oil in the jacket of the reaction kettle to control the temperature in the kettle. The more the system heat transfer medium is, the less the effective power is used in the kettle, and the slower the temperature control speed is.

2. Absorption of water vapor when reacting at low temperature, the surface temperature of the slotted oil bath is very low, and it is easy to absorb the water vapor in the air to freeze on the surface of the evaporator of the compressor. Ice is a good insulator, and the evaporator of the compressor is insulated and cannot conduct heat, so the compressor cannot cool the heat conducting medium and thus cannot reduce the temperature in the kettle.

3. When the oil mist reacts at high temperature, the heat transfer oil will volatilize into the air of the laboratory and condense on the surface of the furniture, blocking the filter of the fume hood. Because the flash point of the heat transfer oil is different, some can cause combustion and explosion, and the heat transfer oil can only be used at 5 degrees below the flash point, so the use temperature range of the heat transfer oil is relatively limited, so one medium is needed at high temperature, and another medium needs to be replaced at low temperature, In addition, heat transfer oil is easy to browning and oxidation at high temperature. Therefore, the heat transfer oil needs to be replaced regularly, and the use cost is relatively high.

4. Heating and cooling require manual switching, which is prone to misoperation and accidents.

3. It has the function of correcting external circulation and internal circulation temperature probe PT100.
