Glass reaction kettle is a kind of composite material product made of glass with high silica, which is lined on the inner surface of the steel container and firmly adhered to the metal surface after high temperature burning. But in use, we often encounter the fault phenomenon of double glass reaction kettle. Now let's introduce the cause of the fault.

1、 Maintenance and safety of glass reactor

1. The double glass reaction kettle should be operated and used strictly according to the working pressure and temperature marked on the product nameplate to avoid danger;

2. Strictly abide by the provisions on cooling, oiling, etc. in the product operation manual, and do a good job in the maintenance of the equipment;

3. When all valves are used, the valve rod shall be slowly rotated and the cover shall be tightly pressed to achieve the sealing effect. It is not easy to use excessive force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface;

4. The electric control instrument of double glass reaction kettle shall be operated by special personnel, and overload protection facilities shall be set according to the regulations.

5. The operation and maintenance personnel of the double-layer glass reactor should remove the watches, rings and other hard objects during operation or maintenance to avoid damage to the glass parts, especially the slight hanging and touching of the diamond ring to the glass parts will cause fatal injury.

2、 Common fault phenomena and causes of double glass reaction kettle

1. Turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is not on: the external power supply is not connected or has poor contact. Please ask workers to check the power supply and socket;

2. Fuse tube short circuit: turn the power switch to the off position, and then replace the fuse tube;

3. The power indicator light is on, but it does not rotate: the rotating shaft is rusty, stop using, and contact the supplier. The motor and electrical box are faulty, and the seven core plug is not connected. Reconnect the seven core plug;

4. The vacuum suddenly disappears: the glass is cracked and the switch is damaged. Check the glass parts and replace the switch;

5. There is vacuum, but it cannot be pumped: the sealing ring is worn, and the connection vacuum switch leaks. Please replace the sealing ring and switch;

6. Sometimes there is no vacuum: there is dirt on the steel shaft, and the connector is loose. Please remove the dirt and check the vacuum meter and vacuum pump;

7. Vacuum hose aging: please replace the vacuum hose.
