1. Before use, carefully check the instrument, whether the glass bottle is damaged, whether the interfaces are consistent, and pay attention to handle with care.

2. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (which can be replaced by a napkin), and then apply a little vacuum grease. (vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent dust from entering.)

3. All interfaces should not be screwed too tightly, but should be loosened regularly to avoid long-term locking leading to connector seizure.

4. First turn on the power switch, and then let the machine run from slow to fast. When stopping, make the machine in the stopped state, and then turn off the switch.

5. Polytetrafluoroethylene switches everywhere cannot be tightened too hard, which is easy to damage the glass.

6. After each use, all kinds of oil stains, stains and solvent residues on the surface of the machine must be wiped with a soft cloth and kept clean.

7. After shutdown, loosen all Teflon switches, and long-term standstill in the working state will deform the Teflon piston.

8. Clean the sealing ring regularly. The method is: remove the sealing ring, check whether there is dirt on the shaft, wipe it with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease, reinstall it, and keep the shaft and the sealing ring smooth.

9. The electrical part must not be affected by water and moisture.

10. You must purchase authentic accessories from the original factory. Using other accessories at will will cause fatal damage to the machine.

11. When doing any repair or inspection on the machine, be sure to cut off the power and water supply first. Note that this double-layer glass reactor equipment is a fragile product. Please handle it with care when using it. The damage of fragile products is not within the scope of our warranty. If the customer needs it, our company needs to charge the corresponding cost.
