产品介绍Explosion proof exre-301 rotary evaporator, the evaporation bottle rotates at a constant speed, and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under this condition, the material forms a large area of uniform film on the inner wall of the evaporation bottle and evaporates quickly. Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (it is necessary to connect the vacuum device). When the solvent steam passes through the glass condensation coil, it is cooled into liquid (it is necessary to connect the cooling device) and recycled in the collection bottle.
基本配置1、主体支架采用不锈钢+铝合金，结构合理，用料讲究。
2、密封系统采用聚四氟乙烯和进口氟橡胶组合密封，能保持高真空度。
3、真空压力表显示实时真空，真空度可达0.098Mpa。
4、玻璃部件全部采用高硼硅玻璃（GG-17），耐高温，防腐蚀。
5、可连续进料方便客户使用，阀门式加料管套接四氟乙烯管。
6、直立式双层蛇形盘管冷凝器，确保高回收率，附加料管。
7、微电脑式ON-OFF电源开关控制。
8、浴锅数字显示、智能恒温控制，K型传感器快速、准确传递温度。
9、电子无极调速（0-120rpm），转速数字显示，旋扭设定，操作方便。
10、熔断器安全保护。
11、锅胆采用优质不锈钢，防腐耐用。
12、浴锅手轮升降。
13、收集瓶设有下放料，方便蒸发提取物的收集、放料。
14、整机电器防爆处理，调速、控温一体式，铝壳防爆，防爆电机，电缆穿防爆管。
注意事项1、如真空抽不上来需检查 ：各接头,接口是否密封 ；密封圈,密封面是否有效 ；主轴与密封圈之间真空脂是否涂好 ；真空泵及其皮管是否漏气；玻璃件是否有裂缝,碎裂,损坏的现象。
2、各磨口,密封面密封圈及接头安装前都需要涂一层真空脂.
3、加热槽通电前必须加水,不允许无水干烧.
4、拧入保险孔内保险,以免损坏烧瓶.
5、玻璃零件接装应轻拿轻放,装前应洗干净,擦干或烘干。
