| 产品介绍 | Re-3000a rotary evaporator (3L), the evaporation bottle rotates at a constant speed, and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under this condition: the material forms a large area of uniform film on the inner wall of the evaporation bottle and evaporates quickly. Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (vacuum device needs to be connected). When the solvent steam passes through the glass condensing coil, it is cooled into liquid (cooling device needs to be connected), and it is recycled in the collection bottle. |

| 注意事项 | 1、玻璃零件接装应轻拿轻放，装前应洗干净，擦干或烘干。 |
| 2、各磨口、密封面密封圈及接头安装前都需要涂一层真空脂。 | |
| 3、加热槽通电前必须加水，不允许无水干烧。 | |
| 4、必须使保险拧入保险孔内，以免损坏烧瓶。 | |
| 5、如真空抽不上来需检查： ⑴ 各接头，接口是否密封； ⑵ 密封圈，密封面是否有效； ⑶ 主轴与密封圈之间真空脂是否涂好； ⑷ 真空泵及其皮管是否漏气； ⑸ 玻璃件是否有裂缝，碎裂，损坏的现象； | |
| 6、关于真空度 真空度是旋转蒸发器最重要的工艺参数，而用户经常会碰到真空度打不上问题。这常常和使用的溶媒性质有关，生化制药等行业常常用水、乙醇、乙酸、石油醚、氯仿、等作溶媒，而一般真空泵不能耐强有机溶媒，可选用耐强腐蚀特种真空泵。 检验仪器是否漏气的方法：夹断外接真空皮管，观察仪器上真空表，能否保持五分钟不漏气。如有漏气，则应检查各密封接头和旋转轴上密封圈是否有效。反之，仪器正常就要检查真空泵和真空管道。 | |
| 7、关于电机温升 本仪器电动机采用三相，220V专用电机，E级绝缘，绕组采用聚脂高强度漆包线，在海拔不超过1000米，环境温度不超过40℃时连续使用电机表面温升（电机表面温度与环境温度之差）不超过45℃属正常，若温升超过45℃要检查有关传动润滑系统. | |
