The stainless steel autoclave of Yaote instrument should be inspected regularly. The periodic inspection of the operating reactor includes external inspection, internal and external inspection and comprehensive inspection.

Shanghai Yaote instrument produces stainless steel autoclave, glass autoclave, rotary evaporator, low temperature constant temperature series and other products. Since its establishment, the company has won a good reputation and a certain scale.

First, the main contents of the external inspection are: whether there are cracks, deformation, leakage, local overheating and other abnormal phenomena on the external surface of the kettle; Whether the safety accessories are complete, sensitive and reliable; Whether the fastening bolts are intact and tightened completely; Whether the foundation sinks, tilts and whether the anti-corrosion coating is damaged.

The inspectors are mainly responsible for the external inspection of the stainless steel reactor, which is also a part of the patrol inspection and daily inspection of the operators. The external inspection of container inspectors should be carried out at least once a year.

Second, the main contents of the internal and external inspection are: whether the internal and external surfaces of the kettle have corrosion, wear and other phenomena; Use the naked eye or magnifying glass to check all welds, head transition areas and other stress concentration parts for cracks. If necessary, ultrasonic or radiographic inspection can be used to check the internal quality of welds; Measure the wall thickness. If the measured wall thickness is less than the minimum wall thickness of the container, metallographic examination should be carried out again.

The internal and external inspection cycle of stainless steel reaction kettle is preferably once every three years. However, the inspection cycle of the reaction kettle with strong corrosive medium and highly toxic medium should be shortened. If the reaction kettle with serious defects is found during operation, and the welding quality of the reaction kettle during manufacturing is poor, and the material's anti-corrosion ability to the medium is not very good, their inspection cycle should also be shortened.

Third, the main contents of the comprehensive inspection include: in addition to the items of external inspection and internal and external inspection, the pressure test should also be carried out, and the spot check of nondestructive testing or the inspection of all welds should be determined according to the characteristics of the reactor. For the reaction kettle with low pressure, non flammable, non toxic gas and non corrosive medium, if no defects are found, after certain use and inspection, nondestructive inspection can be omitted.

The overall inspection cycle of stainless steel reactor is generally once every six years. If the qualified stainless steel reactor for the manufacture of air and inert gas medium is found to be non corrosive after the primary and secondary internal and external inspection and confirmation, its comprehensive inspection cycle can be appropriately extended.
