| 功能特点 | 1、组件采用四氟密封，在市场同类产品中可保持较好的真空度(一般在0.098mpa左右)，保持在工作状态下的高精度密封。而且还有磨屑收集槽。 |
| 2、合金钢机械密封，聚四氟乙烯连接口，保持在工作状态下的高精度密封。 | |
