Electric heating jacket is a kind of general heating instrument in laboratory. 1. Electronic temperature regulating electric heating sleeve: the voltmeter regulates the temperature
2. Constant temperature digital display electric heating sleeve: digital display meter adjusts and displays temperature
3. Digital display mixing electric heating jacket: the digital display meter adjusts and displays the temperature, and has the mixing function
4. Temperature regulating and mixing electric heating jacket: the voltmeter regulates the temperature and has the mixing function
5. Microcomputer electric heating sleeve: the control circuit is controlled by microcomputer, which makes the temperature control more accurate.
Temperature control range:
1. Ordinary electric heating jacket: up to 400 degrees
2. High temperature electric heating jacket: due to the use of inner jacket weaving materials that are more resistant to high temperature. The maximum heating temperature of the high-temperature electric heating jacket can reach 800-1000 degrees
1. The temperature control accuracy of digital display model is ± 1 degree
1. Insert ~ 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, the display window displays "K", the setting window displays "400", and the K-type thermocouple is equipped for this appliance. The maximum control temperature is 400 ℃. After 3 seconds, the display window displays room temperature, and the setting window displays the last set temperature value.
2. Single key operation, press the setting plus "▲" or setting minus "▼" key and hold on, and the required heating temperature will be quickly set, such as 100 ℃. The green light means heating, and the green light means stop. The microcomputer will determine the heating amount according to the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, ensure that there is no temperature impulse, raise the temperature in place at one time, and maintain the balance of heat supply and dissipation under the temperature difference of ± 1 ℃ between the set value and the displayed value, so that the heating process can be completed easily.
3. There is a rubber plug at the lower left of the electric heating sleeve, which is used to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rust and to conduct the internal wire. When it is unplugged, the internal probe will be disconnected and the machine will stop working. If an external thermocouple is used, pull out the plug and save it, insert the external thermocouple plug into the socket and lock the nut, and then put the stainless steel probe into the solution for temperature control heating.
4. The electric appliance is equipped with the disconnection protection function. When the thermocouple is poorly connected, the "1" or "hhhh" is displayed on the hundred position of the display window, and the green light is off, the electric appliance stops heating, and it needs to be checked before reuse.
