Cleaning of heat transfer oil

The residual iron filings, metal powders and other impurities in the production process should be cleaned in time and should not be mixed into the heat transfer oil. With the flow of oil, impurities will cause abnormal operation of heat transfer cycle, and even cause failure in serious cases.

2. Pay attention to prevent moisture from mixing

When in use, the heating and cooling device of the glass reactor with heat transfer oil as the heat transfer medium should prevent water from mixing. If water is added, the heat transfer oil will emulsify and turn milky white. As we all know, oil and water are not fused, and the fused mixture will expand after heating, and splash under high temperature, causing personal injury accidents.

3. Replace the heat transfer oil regularly

In the process of using the reactor heating and cooling device, the deterioration of the heat transfer oil itself and the pollution of foreign substances will reduce the quality and service life. When it exceeds a certain limit, its thermal conductivity will be reduced, and in serious cases, it will lead to carbon deposition, damage to the heating pipe, and pipe blockage. The oil change cycle of the heating and cooling device of the reactor is usually determined according to the frequency and time of use of the equipment.
